CarIQ.ie provides personalised car selling reports to private vehicle sellers in Ireland. Our reports are based on publicly available market data and are intended as guidance only. They do not constitute professional financial or legal advice.
2. Payment and access
Reports are available for a one-time payment of €14.99 (or the price displayed at the time of purchase). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Access to your report is granted immediately on successful payment.
You are purchasing a single-use report for one vehicle. The report is for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
3. Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your report for any reason, contact us at hello@cariq.ie within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
4. Accuracy of information
Our reports are based on market data available at the time of generation. Car market values can change rapidly. CarIQ.ie makes no guarantee that the price or insights in your report will result in a successful sale at any particular price.
The accuracy of your report depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. Incorrect mileage, condition or specification details will affect the output.
5. Limitation of liability
CarIQ.ie is not liable for any financial loss, failed sale, or dispute arising from use of our reports. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for your report.
6. Intellectual property
All content on CarIQ.ie — including report templates, copy, design and code — is the property of CarIQ.ie. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of our service without written permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
